REFUND POLICY

Illinois Girls Lacrosse Association understands that occasionally a player needs to withdraw from a program. Please notify us as soon as possible. 

Following are the guidelines for refunds.

• More than 1 week from start of program – 100% refund.
• 1 week from start of program – 85% refund.
• Less than 48 hours from start of program – 0% refund.

If you are withdrawing due to illness or injury before the start of the program, please forward us a note from your doctor and we will gladly refund 85% of your team fee. If you are withdrawing due to illness or injury once the program begins, your fee will be prorated and we will issue a refund once we receive a note from your doctor.  Please send doctor note to:  IGLA, PO Box 284, Clarendon Hills, IL  60514.
