FALL 2010 LACROSSE LEAGUES

This is a league run by women in lacrosse who want to help girls reach their potential in a fun and safe environment. The goals of the program are to understand the rules of lacrosse, active teamwork, sportsmanship, and fostering personal development in a respectful environment led by positive coaching. All players will receive equal playing time and will be played in all positions.

3rd-4th grade
5th-6th grade
7th-9th grade
7th-9th grade - LEVEL A

Jerseys are provided and should be worn to all games. Each player must also have goggles, a stick, and a mouth guard. **Mouthguards must be brought by the participant and are not provided by IGLA. Equipment packages are available for purchase through IGLA. Click here for more info on equipment.

MAIN INFORMATION:

League runs the week of Sept 7^th-Oct 17^th
Practices One Day Per Week for 1.5 hours on either Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs or Fri.
Games on Sunday afternoons. (Please Note: games begin the second week.)
First Week - Practices only, no games.
Practice and game dates vary based on location.
League Fee: Varies per location (non resident fees may apply)
Coaches will be trained by Michelle Sebastian, Montini Catholic High School Varsity Girl's Lacrosse Head Coach
Referees are trained by Bridget Olp, Division I Certified Referee.
