Coaching and Reffing

Requirements: 11th or 12th grade varsity high school players
Job Description: Assist parent volunteer coaches run practices and games while being a great role model for the IGLA players.  Attend 1.5 hour practice during the week and 1 hour game on Sunday afternoon.
Steps: Please fill out the Apply to Coach Form

Coaching and Reffing
Requirements: Any college aged student, currently playing or who has played in the past
Job Description: Coach girls at all levels and assist parent volunteers and high school aged coaches.  Attend 1.5 hour practice during the week and 1 hour game on Sunday afternoon.
Steps: Please fill out the Apply to Coach Form 

Coaching and Reffing
Requirements: 10th grade or older, including those that also coach
Job Description: After attending the Junior Ref Training, ref youth games on Sunday afternoons.
Steps: Please fill out the Apply to Ref Form and sign up for a Training date.  Download upcoming training flyer.
Coaching and Reffing
Requirements: Any female who has played at the collegiate level
Job Description: Typically coach the Purple level.  Attend two 1.5 hour practices during the week and 1 hour game on Sunday afternoon.  Also help train our parent volunteer coaches

Requirements: Any parent is eligible, no lacrosse experience is necessary
