We need your help! As our organization grows, we are trying to increase our number of volunteer coaches. We are looking for women with collegiate playing experience who can use their knowledge to help our Directors, high school aged coaches and parent volunteer coaches.
We provide detailed practice plans. Practices are either one or two days a week with games on Sunday afternoons.
Any returning coach is able to get coaching training through the US Lacrosse website.

The CEP level 1 on-line course can then be completed. The course is $25. Click Here
You will be reimbursed upon email verification that the course has been completed.
