COMMUNITY: DEERFIELD/HIGHLAND PARK

REGISTRATION

STEP 1: PLAYER INFORMATION FORM (PIF)

The Player Information Form (PIF) gives your coach important information about you and your daughter, including uniform sizing, teammate requests, and other key information to facilitate IGLA communication. The PIF also includes the IGLA waiver which must be accepted in order to complete the registration and participate in the program. Registration with IGLA via the PIF is required for all players participating in any IGLA program.

Please note, an IGLA pinny is required to be worn at all games. If the player has an IGLA pinny from a past season, she may wear that pinny for subsequent seasons. If the player requires a new pinny, they are available for purchase through the IGLA PIF for $20. Complete pinny payment online or by mailing in a check.

To register to play, please click HERE.

STEP 2: PAYMENT

The Deerfield Highland Park practice location accepts registrations and payment for league through Deerfield and Highland Park park districts.
